Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping within Canada and the USA.
If you are from another country, please contact us directly.

All items ship from Vancouver, BC Canada.

All in stock items will ship within 4 full business days.
During the holiday season this turnaround time may change.
We will always do our very best to ship in a very timely manner.
All custom and back ordered items will ship based on what was agreed upon between Periwinkle and
 the customer.

We are currently using Canada Post to ship our orders. Upon checkout all available options and actual rates will be calculated based on customer’s location, weight, and size of the shipment.

Actual shipping times are the best estimate given by Canada Post. They are not guaranteed, and
Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for delays due to shipping. This is something that is beyond our
control. Please see below for their posted Delivery Standards.

Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for items shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly or
entered with insufficient information. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an address error, all
costs associated with the order are the responsibility of the customer. (Product and Shipping)

Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for items stolen during delivery or packages that do not get
retrieved from your local post office.

Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for any items shipped via lettermail.
This is an untracked shipping option that the customer takes full responsibility for any lost items.
Reshipment of any product and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for any duties or taxes you may incur. This is the responsibility of the customer.
