Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We will allow up to 12 hours to cancel an order unless it is a rush order. Lost Orders: Any order shipped via Canada Post Letter mail is at the risk of the customer. There is no tracking for this service and Periwinkle Designs does not take any responsibility for lost orders.
